Let's talk about your XML.
Whether you're drowning in vendor payloads or just want to keep an eye on a few sitemaps, we'd like to hear what you're working on.

A couple of things that might already help:
- Read the FAQ for formats, privacy, and availability.
- See the features to understand what's included.
- Review our security posture if you handle sensitive payloads.
How we can help
A few of the things teams reach out about most. Not sure where your question fits? Email us anyway — a short note is enough to get started.
Product support
Stuck ingesting a source, reading a diff, or setting up monitoring? Send the URL or a redacted sample and what you expected to happen — the more specific, the faster we can help.
Feedback & requests
XMLDir is built alongside the teams using it. Tell us what's missing — a format we don't detect, an export you need, a check that would save you time — and it goes straight onto the roadmap.
Security & privacy
Handling sensitive partner payloads or have a question about how your data is isolated and stored? We're happy to walk through our posture. Vulnerability reports are covered by our security.txt.
Integrations & scale
Monitoring hundreds of sitemaps or feeding extracted XML into a warehouse? Describe your setup and volumes and we'll advise on the best way to structure it in XMLDir.
What happens next
XMLDir is a small, independent product, so you'll hear back from a real person — usually within one to two business days. There's no ticket queue and no sales script. If you already have an account, you can sign back in and keep working while we get back to you; if not, you can create a free account in under a minute and start ingesting XML right away.
