Beta service

XMLDir is provided during a private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we develop it.

Acceptable use

• Do not ingest content you do not have the right to access or store.
• Do not use the service to fetch or process data unlawfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or to access other users' workspaces.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents you ingest. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, index, and display that content to you as part of operating the service. You are responsible for the content you add and for redacting sensitive data as appropriate.

Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time during the beta. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XMLDir will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
