arXiv computer science
New computer science preprints, as an RSS feed large enough to be a real test — several megabytes of abstracts.
arXiv's export endpoints are among the oldest public XML APIs still running, and this feed carries full abstracts rather than titles, which is why it is measured in megabytes.
It is served over plain HTTP, which is worth noticing: a document fetched without TLS can be modified in transit, and nothing in the XML would show it.
