CLDR locale data for English
How English formats dates, numbers, currencies and names — the locale data almost every operating system and language runtime is built on.
CLDR is XML all the way down, and this file is the root of the English locale. Its structure is a good demonstration of inheritance in data: locales are defined as differences from their parents rather than as complete copies.
It is served as text/plain here because it comes from raw.githubusercontent.com, which is a useful reminder that a media type is a claim by the server rather than a fact about the bytes.
